All referrals are personal and we will walk you through the process. Choosing the right home is a big decision, and we know it! After you have selected the facility of your choice, Senior Care Matters will help you obtain the necessary paperwork and complete much of it for you. We will not give you a list and send you on your way.
Senior Care Matters was started by two caring professionals who have over 18 years combined experience in directing and assisting residents in large assisted living facilities. We have worked directly with the elderly and their families on a personal level, by taking the time to listen and provide resources that have benefited both the elderly and their families. During this time, it became evident that there is a huge unmet need for elderly assistance in all areas. So many times, we’ve experienced that people just don't know which way to turn for even their basic needs, much less important issues. Our hearts desire is to help fill this need.
As experienced assisted living professionals, we have been able to guide our residents and their families, to get help in many areas. We understand that it can become quite overwhelming for any family member to handle all of the needs of their parents or relatives, on top of their own responsibilities and busy schedules. Families are not always available to be there in all situations, and sometimes there is no family. There are agencies that provide some assistance, but can be quite costly. Our approach is to help find affordable solutions to meet the everyday needs of our elderly in all areas of life.
